After Day 3 of the experiment, there was one new physical effect that may or may not be related to the use of the mind enhancement technology.
I used the technology for 30 minutes last night, beginning at 10:05 p.m. and ending at 10:35 p.m. The physical effects during last night's session were similar to what I experienced during the session on Day 1 and Day 2. The same tingling sensation occurred throughout my head. The pulsing sensation around my body also occurred again, at approximately the same level of intensity as the previous night.
The new physical effect occurred after the session, not during the session. It might be unrelated, but it's worth noting just in case it was prompted by the technology. The effects of this type of technology are not limited solely to the thirty minutes you spend using it. Last night while I slept, I felt like I was on the edge of being awake nearly all night. You know that feeling you get just before you wake up in the morning, when your mind is awake but your body hasn't caught up with it yet and is still asleep, and you know if you just give yourself a mental "nudge" your body will wake up fully? That's how the majority of my night was spent. Despite spending less time in very deep sleep, I feel wide awake and alert today, not the least bit tired. But, we'll see how I feel when this afternoon rolls around.
I also had extremely intense dreams again last night. The dreams aren't unpleasant — they're not nightmares, they're just intense. That amounts to three days of experimenting and three nights in a row with unusually intense dreams. This is starting to look like a pattern, but it's still too early to tell if the Gamma technology is the cause.

After Day 2 of the Gamma Mind Enhancement Experiment, there aren't many new results to report. Most of the results I described in the original article take at least a few weeks and sometimes a few months to appear, so I'm not expecting anything extraordinary to happen this early in the game.
I used the technology for 30 minutes again last night, beginning at 10:10 p.m. and ending at 10:40 p.m. The physical effects during last night's session were similar to what I experienced on Day 1. The same tingling sensation occurred. The pulsing sensation also occurred again, though it was milder than it had been the previous night. It's possible it only seemed milder because it was no longer a novel sensation for me. Having experienced it the night before, I was more prepared for it the second time around.
There were no distinct mental or emotional effects during the second session, but I had unusually intense dreams again last night. The dreams were extremely vivid — my dreams usually are — but the level of intensity of the dream events was much higher than usual. I haven't made any other changes in my lifestyle that could explain the sudden onset of such intense dreams, so if this keeps up every night during the experiment I'll be inclined to attribute it to the technology. But, as I mentioned yesterday, it's still too early to tell for sure whether or not the technology is the cause.

Yesterday was Day 1 of the Gamma Mind Enhancement Experiment. I used the technology for 30 minutes, beginning the session at 9:55 p.m. and ending at 10:25 p.m. It can take days or weeks for significant results to appear, but there were a few things I observed during and after last night’s session that are worth noting. As I mentioned in yesterday's description of the experiment, I'll report observations in several categories, including Physical, Mental, Emotional, Dreaming, and Psi.
Physical
I experienced a tingling sensation in my head as well as a pulsing sensation in my whole body. The two sensations were very different from each other. I was sitting in a dark room with my eyes closed and had no access to a clock or timer, so it’s difficult to gauge the exact time these physical sensations began but I’ve done my best to estimate.
The tingling started in my forehead approximately halfway through the session. I then noticed the same sensation in the back of my head on the right side, then in the back on the left side, then on the top on both the right and left sides. It never reached a point where the tingling sensation occurred everywhere simultaneously, but there were times when the sensation was occurring in more than one location at the same time.
The tingling sensation lasted several minutes. This sensation is very …Continue reading
I'm in the process of testing a new mind enhancement program for my company and decided to post my observations about the experiment so visitors to this site can read about the progress.
The mind enhancement program is designed to induce heightened Gamma brain activity to trigger a variety of results including but not limited to rapid development of expanded awareness, increased intuition, lucid dreaming, miscellaneous psi abilities, the achievement of higher states of consciousness, and many other fascinating possibilities.
Studies in recent years have turned up very intriguing results about Gamma activity. Research by the Division of Neuroscience at the University of Birmingham indicates that Gamma activity is related to perception and consciousness, as well as higher mental activity. Another research study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences demonstrated that Tibetan monks with 15 to 40 years of daily meditation practice exhibited much higher levels of Gamma activity not only while actively involved in certain forms of meditation but also while not meditating. As you can see, the potential results of using properly designed Gamma technology are quite exciting.
We've tested many versions of the Gamma program over the past few years, gradually refining the technology to make each version even more effective than the last. I believe this version …Continue reading
